'D4 Dance Reloaded' is touted as the shortest reality show ever in the history of Malayalam Television. Popular General Entertainment channel Mazhvil Manoram aired this dance reality show, which was launched on 21 November 2016.
 
Popular South Indian actress Mamta Mohandas and choreographer Neerav Bavlecha were the judges of this dance reality show. Pearle Maaney and Adil Ibrahim hosted the show.

Touted as the shortest reality show, it had a total of 15 Episodes. Twenty contestants from the first three seasons of the show form 10 pairs to compete in this season. The show was scheduled to air at 9 PM every Monday to Wednesday.

Dilsha Prasannan and Rinosh Surendren were the winners of the season. Jerry and Vyshakh won second place whereas Vishnu and Anna hold third place.
