Parasparam is a Television Serial Telecasting on popular channel Asianet. It is directed by Sudheesh Shankar and produced by Ross Petals.

Parssparam is actually a remake of the popular Hindi Serial Diya Aur Bati Hum telecasted on Star Plus. Due to the popularity it was dubbed to various languages. En Kanavan En Thozhan, Ee Tharam Illalu are Tamil and Telugu versions respectively.

PLOT

Deepthi is an Independent and bright young girl who dreams of becoming an honest IAS officer with support from her parents. Sooraj is the apple of his mother’s eye and the breadwinner of his family. His dreams are simple and revolve around his mother and his large family’s well being. His mother Padmavathi is a strong headed and commanding woman who is the head of the family. The worlds of Sooraj and Deepthi are far apart, but they have to come together like the lamp and the wick to give light.

Sooraj supports his wife Deepthi at large extend and he is ready to take any risk for her. Deepthi undergoes many bad situations in her life. Also she is brilliant in solving problems.
