Deivamagal means God’s Daughter. It is a Tamil soap opera telecasting on the popular Tamil TV channel Sun TV. The first episode was aired on 25 March 2013. The show got huge popularity and has been remade into different south languages. Remakes include Jabilamma (Telugu), Bhagyalakshmi (Malayalam) and Chandra Chakori(Kannada) broadcasting on Gemini TV, Surya TV and Udaya TV respectively.

Deivamagal is produced by Vikatan Televistas Pvt Ltd. The show written by Amirtharaj is directed by S Kumaran. Krishna and Vani Bhojan plays the lead roles of Prakash Chidambam and Sathyapriya Prakash. Rekha Krishnappa portatedmain antagonist as X (Main Antagonist)

The show is also airing on Sri Lankan Tamil channel Shakthi TV.

The title song of the show was written by Yugabharathi. Famous music director Kiran composes the song. Naresh Iyer sang the song.
