Kaumudy TV is a Malayalam news and entertainment channel. The television channel is operated by the owners of the Malayalam daily newspaper Kerala Kaumudi. The channel was officially launched on 5 May 2013 and has A C Reji has the head of the channel.

The logo of the channel was revealed a year before the launch by the then prime minister Manmohan Singh during the centenary celebration of Kerala Kaumudi newspaper.

Programs in the channel comprise news, talk shows, interview-based shows, and entertainment shows. The morning slots are dedicated entirely to news, which makes up 40 percent of the total programs. Afternoon and evening prime time slots are allotted for entertainment and film-related shows.

Major shows telecasting on Kaumudi TV are Tharappakittu, Haritham Sundaram, Oh My God, Puthiya Pattu, Dream Drive, Isai Nila, and Real To Real, among others.
